 Andrea Balogh - Hospital Manager

Andrea Balogh has lived in Naples, Florida since 2003 and has an extensive background in management and marketing.  Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana Andrea started her professional career working for her father in their family business and has always loved serving others in sales and marketing.

Andrea's love for animals began at a very young age!  Her family couldn't turn away any type of pet, whether a rescued raccoon named Rocky or two squirrels she personally nursed back to health.  Growing up with mostly dogs, her love for animals has afforded her 4 beautiful dogs and 1 cat today!

Combining her love for business and animals, Andrea Balogh is proud to announce her position as Hospital Manager of Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital.  She is very excited to get to know all the pets and their owners.

 

Whitney Rudolph - Office Manager

Whitney was born in Memphis, Tennessee, and migrated to Naples, Florida at the age of four.  Growing up Whitney and her family have always shared a love for animals. And at one time her mother, sister, and herself raised twenty kittens at one time, in addition to three adult cats and a dog.

 

Whitney has spent most of her career working in hospitality and has a great love for helping both humans and animals. She aspires to continue her education in becoming a veterinary technician one day.

 

She shares her home her son Trenton her cat AK and her two chihuahua's Bebe and LB. She loves the outdoors and likes spending time at the beach, camping, and enjoying nature.

 

Jeffery Phillips - Veterinarian Assistant

Jeff Phillips was born in  Cleveland, Ohio and lived there with his mother until he was 11 years old.  Jeff and his mother finally made their way to the sunshine state years later where he still resides.

Jeff has grown up with Chihuahua's most of his life and currently owns an orange Tabby named Neo which he rescued from a local shelter.

Jeff aspires to one day earn a degree in Biology and continue on the path to becoming a veterinarian.   

Jenny Wadsworth - Receptionist

Jenny was born and raised in Miami, FL.  Ever since she was a little girl Jenny knew she always wanted to work with animals.  She grew up going to Zoo Camp at Zoo Miami every summer, learning as much as she could about animals.  When she turned 19, Jenny finally got a job working in the wildlife show at Zoo Miami as an exotic animal trainer/zookeeper.  Since then, she has worked at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo as a zookeeper and a private wildlife company.

Jenny moved to Naples in 2010 where she is continuing her education and here passion hleping animals at Animal Oasis.  She loves the beauty and tranquility of Naples and enjoys geocaching around town.  She shares her home with her Blue-fronted Amazon, Loca and her 2 rescue cats, Gigi and Stella who she found while working at Lowry Part Zoo in the rhino yard!  Jenny looks forward to meeting you at Animal Oasis!

Allison Hall - Receptionist 

Allison Hall was born in Naples, FL where she has lived all of her life thus far. She was raised around many animals, having five cats and two dogs at one point. She was recently married and moved into a new home with her husband. Although they do not have any animals of their own yet, they hope to adopt a puppy or two in the near future.

Allison hopes to stay and grow with Animal Oasis.

Lynn Simmonds - Receptionist

Lynn Simmonds was born in Houston, Texas and migrated to Los Angeles, California at the age of five.  At 12 years of age Lynn and her family moved to the UK.  She has just recently moved back to the US to live and work in Naples. Whilst growing up Lynn and her family shared a love of animals and at one point they had 2 pet rats, a baby squirrel and a kitten all found roaming around their garden in California.

 

Since working at Animal Oasis Lynn has fallen in love with Teacup Pomeranians and hopes that one day in the future she might be able to find a puppy that needs a loving home.

 

Brandy Clark - Certified Veterinary Technician

Brandy grew up in New York but has been a Florida resident now for over 9 years.  She started working as a kennel assistant while going to college to become a veterinary technician.  Brandy has been in the veterinary field for 14 years now and couldn't be happier with her career choice.

Brandy is happily married to her husband, Chris, and they share their home with their daughter Savannah and their Yorkshire Terrier, Roxy.

 

Natalie Collet - Veterinary Technician

Natalie Collet was born in Naples, Florida and is happy to be living here again after being raised in Davie, Florida.  After high school, she immediately started her work with animals.  Natalie has provided medical care for cats and dogs for several years and she really loves helping them in any way possible.  She has received her Associates degree and is working toward her Bachelors degree in Biology. 

Taking care of animals is Natalie's passion and something she wants to do for the rest of her life. She currently has two cats and two dogs.  There's Simon (Siamese), Olive (Domestic Short hair), Pippin (Papillon mix) and Roxy (German Shepard/Beagle mix).  For fun, Natalie likes to watch movies, listen to music, spend time with friends and family and go for bike rides.  She loves taking her dogs to the park and the beach.  Pippin just recently went to the beach for the first time and had a blast!

Natalie Thomas - Veterinary Technician

Natalie Thomas was born in Chicago, IL but has spent most of her life here in Naples, Florida.  She began her career in the veterinary field in 2002 as a kennel technician and soon found her passion as a veterinary technician.  As a child Natalie always wanted to be surrounded by pets and was eventually fortunate enough to rescue a Domestic Shorthair cat named Tasha and was given Belle, her beautiful King Charles Cavalier dog. 

Natalie enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and family when not in her role as a technician for Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital.  Natalie hopes to have a long career with Dr Stacey, Dr Lien and AOVH.

Diane Heisner - Veterinary Technician

Diane was born in New Hampshire but spent most of her childhood traveling from state to state while her family built children and youth ministries in churches on the East Coast.  Diane has always had a passion to take care of and help animals.  She worked at riding stables where she was a tour guide on horseback, personally trained the horses and tended to the rest of the farm animals as well.  By the age of 18 Diane began working as a veterinary technician and fell in love with it.

Diane spends most of her free time playing in the pool with her 3 year old son, Carson and loving life!  Her hobbies include singing, dancing and hanging with her friends.

Diane has a bengal catt named Napolean and lives with her roommate and all her animals too!  It's practically a zoo!

Shawna Tews - Veterinary Technician

Born and raised in Naples Shawna has been in the vet field for nearly 6 years. She started as a receptionist  but quickly realized she always wanted to be in the back with the animals.  Shawna began training to be a veterinary technician. 

She has always had a love for animals. Shawna spent most her life living on a small farm in North Ft. Myers with  horses, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, hogs,  and anything else that needed a home! Shawna's love & experience with animals is very broad. In her spare time she enjoys photography,  4 wheeling, camping, boating, going to the beach, & cooking!!  She has 2 animals of her own; Daisy, a Jack Russel Terrier and her cat named Dipstick.
